The Mini - $800
Perfect for the couple who did it all themselves but wants a professional around to see their wedding though to the finish line! This package includes:
Two check in meetings
1-hr of rehearsal coordination (only for weddings located within 30 miles of Eugene, OR)
Customized wedding day timeline
Maximum of 7-hrs of coordination on the day of the wedding
This includes limited setup and decorating but does not include clean up or tear down
The Deluxe - $1,800
Perfect for the couple that wants to sit back, relax, and let a professional handle all the details leading up the their Big Day! This package includes:
Everything from The Standard package
Monthly check in meetings starting six months out and additional check ins the month of
Unlimited coordination hours on the day of the wedding
Floor plan showing venue set up and table layout
Option to add decoration styling and procurement (additional fees may apply)
Option to add limited vendor procurement (additional fees may apply)
Please note; all pricing listed above is base pricing for the packages listed. Prices are subject to change based on the clients needs and additional fees may apply for travel, time of year, additional client requests, etc. Please book a free consult call to discuss your event and receive a full quote.
For The Standard and The Deluxe packages a 20% nonrefundable retainer fee is due at time of booking. For The Mini package a 50% nonrefundable retainer fee is due at time of booking. For events booked less than a month out the full fee is due at time of booking and is nonrefundable.
The Standard - $1,200
Perfect for the couple who’s already handled the big ticket items but wants a professional to help them work out all the details! This package includes:
Three check in meetings leading up to the wedding
Venue walk through (travel fees may apply for weddings located more than 30 miles from Eugene, OR)
Rehearsal coordination with bridal party
Vendor management
Customized wedding day timeline
Maximum of 12-hrs of coordination on the day of the wedding
Includes setup, decorating, and clean up/tear down
Unlimited communication the month of the wedding
